Simon Alexander Ong | Finding Your Spark and Achieving More

Simon is a personal development entrepreneur, coach and public speaker who began his working life in investment banking. There came a point when he realized that he wasn’t fulfilled at work, and the nature of his work wasn’t conducive to a healthy life well lived. This was the point at which he decided to make a career change and step into coaching.

Simon has a new book out. It’s called ‘Energize: Find Your Spark, Achieve More and Live Better’.

In this episode we spoke a lot about his career journey, experiences of burning the candle at both ends and how he has made and sustained positive changes.

As you’d expect, we also spoke about his thoughts around leadership, and I asked him some specific questions about the parts of his book that really intrigued me.
