This week we are continuing to explore the incredibly important and timely topic of Burnout with Kelly Swingler – a Burnout Recovery Strategist, and coach for leaders who are ready for a life beyond burnout.
In her words, she is a lifelong high-achieving, overperforming, recovering perfectionist who thrives under pressure, who knows a thing or two about stress and jeopardising your wellbeing, because she reached Burnout twice.
Since then, she’s spent the last nine years creating strategies and techniques to stop herself, and her clients, from burning out again. I’ll leave Kelly to share more of her personal burnout story, and more importantly, her road to recovery and a better way of living and leading, herself in just a moment or two.
