What to expect when working with Ben as your performance coach

You’ll have a 60-minute call with me each month for six months, although we can adjust the schedule to suit your exact needs. These sessions will take place via Microsoft Teams, or you can visit my offices in Berkhamsted.

You can also check in with me between sessions via email if you have any urgent queries or need a quick bit of advice.

The performance coaching provides:

Your investment for this 1-2-1 coaching is £3000 + VAT.

How Executive Coaching with Ben Works

In my role as a coach, I will encourage you to take responsibility and control for your learning. To support you, I will:

Create a safe place for our discussions, maintaining total confidentiality and taking a non-judgmental approach

Ask questions to help you to explore issues more deeply

Provide the right balance of support and challenge to help you achieve the outcomes you’re looking for

Help you identify, prioritise and plan how to meet your development needs

Help you to explore options - the advantages/disadvantages of different courses of action- and sometimes offer options for you to consider based on my experience

Hold you to account and help you follow through on decisions made in our sessions

Encourage you to reflect on specific experiences to learn from them

Arrive on time and be prepared for our sessions. If I need to rearrange anything, I’ll give you as much notice as possible

To make the most of your investment, you’ll need to:

Be open and honest in your conversations with me

Commit to making notes and action plans during each session and following through on those actions

Think about what you want to get from your sessions beforehand so we can maximise our time together

Give me as much notice as possible if you need to rearrange a session

Be present during our sessions by turning off notifications and limiting potential distractions
